COA Certified Optometric Technician

Carol is an ABO/NCLE certified optician. She has traveled to Mexico with V.O.S.H. (Volunteer Optic Services for Humanity) and volunteers at her local schools and church. She lives in Burnsville with her husband Tim and three daughters Megan, Paige, and Erin.

Favorite movie?

Epic - The Lord of the Rings; Horror - The Thing; Comedy - My Blue Heaven; Romantic Comedy - 50 First Dates; Classic - The African Queen.
Favorite food? Once I've tried it all I'll let you know
Pepsi or Coke? Coke! Pepsi commercials are too age/beauty discriminatory. Plus, I like those cute Polar Bears
If you have $5 left what would you spend it on? A road map - obviously time to start somewhere new
Amount of time you can hold your breath? Not as long as when I used to be a synchronized swimmer.
What is your least favorite vegetable? I love all food but never take seconds on parsnips. Least favorite food of all time - organ meats.
What is your most memorable/embarrassing summer job? I was an A&W carhop (no skates)
What is the scariest thing that has ever happened to you? Raising 3 girls
Favorite Charity? World Hunger
What have you done that no one would guess? I'll lick the ice cream bowl if no one is looking
