Stefanie A. Hurst, O.D. Optometrist	Dr. Hurst is a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry where she earned her Doctorate of Optometry and Bachelor of Science in Vision Science degrees. She has been a member of the American Optometric Association for over 10 years and a member of the Minnesota Optometric Association. Dr. Hurst is a member of Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society and Tomb & Key Honor Fraternity. She is an active member of the Savage community and is currently a board member with the Savage Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Hurst has special interests' in pediatrics, LASIK co-management, and family vision care. Dr. Hurst lives in Lakeville with her husband John, daughter Sophie and twin sons Blake and Brock.

Favorite movie?		Jason Bourne trillogy, Bridget Jones, Ever After (I'm a sap!)
Favorite food?		Champp's Buffalo Wings

If you have $5 left what would you spend it on?		Caribou non-fat white chocolate moca no whip!
Amount of time you can hold your breath?		43 seconds; give or take
What is your least favorite vegetable?		mmm…I like them all
What is your most memorable/embarrassing summer job?		Corn detasseling and pollinating in rural Redwood Falls. I'd come home with my face covered in pollen.
What is the scariest thing that has ever happened to you?		Lost control Rollerblading on a hill in Duluth. Crash-landed at the bottom of the hill between two cars. No broken bones but I haven't rollerbladed since.
Favorite Charity?		Leukemia/Lymphoma Society
What have you done that no one would guess?		As a 6th grader I invented a pea strainer for the Minnesota Inventor's Congress. I didn't win but was "applauded" for my effort. Not sure if that’s good or bad.
